To expand our team and its activities, we are looking for a Senior sales associate for the German-speaking market.
As Senior Sales, you maintain existing relationships and work specifically on the acquisition process. Here, offering the best solutions that meet our customers’ objectives always forms the basis.
As Senior Sales, you will further streamline the sales process and expand the network. You identify trends and developments and know how to translate them into commercial opportunities. To this end, you will make a thorough plan of approach for your region and be responsible for its implementation and follow-up. In all these areas, you work closely with your sales colleagues and the rest of the team.
Regular travelling through Germany is an important part of this position.
During the first year, you will draw up plans together with the sales director and carry out your work with ample support from your colleagues.
You have at least five years of relevant sales experience in the German public green space market, with extensive acquisition and relationship management experience.
Experience with the products and/or services we offer is a plus.
You are very fluent in Dutch and German and preferably also in English.
This is a full time position. Especially when visiting clients abroad, you will be flexible with the allocation of your hours. You will regularly work from our office in Boskoop/Hazerswoude.
You will work in a no-nonsense environment with direct lines of communication and a team of highly motivated colleagues. You will have great freedom to fill your position according to your own insight and experience. You will have access to a laptop and telephone and a representative car. Mechanically planting of flower bulbs / flower bulb mix can only be done in closed sod. The smallest plant width is 0.50 m. The planting depth depends on the size of the bulb – approx. twice the diameter of the bulb – The surface should be relatively flat and free of stones, rubble and roots. The lawn should be mowed and moist before planting. You provide one or two employees who can refill the machine during the planting process and arrange for any reworking. The flower bulbs are delivered to you in advance. You take care of the transport of the flower bulbs from the storage to the planting site.
